XP Onscreen Keyboard
On–Screen Keyboard is a utility that displays a virtual keyboard
on the computer screen that allows people with mobility impairments
to type data by using a pointing device or joystick. Besides providing
a minimum level of functionality for some people with mobility impairments,
On–Screen Keyboard can also help people who do not know how
to type.
MountFocus Keyboard
Designer
The MountFocus Keyboard Designer is the ultimate tool for creating
virtual onscreen keyboards. Any computer using a Windows system,
touch-screen or conventional, can use any MountFocus Keyboard. That
makes it ideal for situations where a physical keyboard is not available,
not desired, or just not feasible.
SofType
SofType is a software utility which replaces the functionality of
a standard keyboard with a full featured on-screen keyboard. SofType
is compatible with Windows 95/98/ME/NT/2000/XP. SofType works by
generating an image of a keyboard on the computer screen. When a
key is selected, the character represented by that key is sent to
the active Windows application. Demo versions of SofType are available.
OnScreen
OnScreen provides On-Screen keyboard emulation that works with ANY
Windows program. The Assistive Technology Version provides a wealth
of features specifically designed for use by individuals who can
not easily use common input devices. OnScreen is a Windows software
program that provides a powerful interface through a ANY pointing
device by providing on-screen keyboards, Word Prediction / Word
Completion, user programmable macros, and complete control over
all computer functions.
Wivik
WiViK can help individuals of all ages who are unable to use a physical
keyboard, such as those with spinal cord injuries, amyotrophic lateral
sclerosis (ALS), muscular dystrophy, and cerebral palsy. Any pointing
device or one through six discrete switches may be used as input.

Click-n-Type
Click-N-Type is an on-screen virtual keyboard designed for anyone
with a disability that prevents him or her from typing on a physical
computer keyboard.
