Accessibility Options: located in Control Panel, for mouse control of cursor by MouseKeys with keyboard via Numlock Keys/Arrows
Mouse Control In Pointer Options: located in Control Panel for cursor size / shape / movement adjustments.
Speech Recognition: In XP Regional Language Options, located in Languages Tab/TextServices and Input Languages (Details)/Settings/ Language Bar (Preferences).
This option allows limited speech command controls of Windows Menus (and cursor).
