The Access Board is an independent Federal agency devoted to accessibility for people with disabilities.

American Association of People with Disabilities (AAPD)
AAPD works in coalition with other disability organizations for the full implementation and enforcement of disability nondiscrimination laws, particularly the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990 and the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.

ADA Document Portal
The Portal hosts about 3,400 documents related to the ADA. Users can browse the document by category or do a search.

American Indian Disability Technical Assistance Center (AIDTAC)
The AIDTAC is a unique program sponsored by the Rehabilitation Services Administration to improve employment opportunities and vocational rehabilitation outcomes for American Indians and Alaska Natives wherever they live in the United States. To achieve this goal, AIDTAC provides a range of information and referral services, training, and technical assistance to tribal governments, tribal agencies, urban Indian centers, and non-tribal agencies providing employment-related services.

Center for the Study and Advancement of Disability Policy
The Center for the Study and Advancement of Disability Policy (CSADP) provides public education, leadership development and training, technical assistance and information dissemination, and conducts action-research and analysis of public policy issues affecting individuals with disabilities and their families.

Disability Rights Education and Defense Fund, Inc. (DREDF):
A national law and policy center dedicated to protecting and advancing the civil rights of people with disabilities through legislation, litigation, advocacy, technical assistance and education and training of attorneys, advocates, persons with disabilities and parents of children with disabilities.

Disability Statistics
The DisabilityStatistics.org Web site condenses several data sources into a single, user-friendly, accessible, Internet resource. It also provides essential background information on key issues related to disability statistics.

Fair Housing Accessibility First
Fair Housing Accessibility FIRST is an initiative sponsored by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) designed to promote compliance with the Fair Housing Act design and construction requirements.

FCC Disability Issues
The FCC enforces telecommunications provision of the ADA along with Section 255 of the Telecommunications Act.

EEOC Home Page
This is the official Web site for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission which is the enforcement agency for the employment provisions of the ADA.

National Center on Accessibility
A collaborative program of Indiana University and the National Park Service, the National Center on Accessibility is the nation’s premiere resource promoting access for people with disabilities in recreation

National Center on Workforce & Disability (NCWD)
The National Center on Workforce and Disability/Adult (NCWD) provides training, technical assistance, policy analysis, and information to improve access for all in the workforce development system.

Protection & Advocacy 
This site provides links to the Protection & Advocacy Centers in each state.  Protection & Advocacy Centers are Federally mandated to provide protection of the rights of persons with disabilities through legally based advocacy.

Section508.gov
Section 508 requires that Federal agencies' electronic and information technology is accessible to people with disabilities. Using this web site, Federal employees and the public can access resources for understanding and implementing the requirements of Section 508.

Outreach to individuals with disabilities interested in starting their own business.

Social Security - Benefits for People with Disabilities
The Social Security and Supplemental Security Income disability programs provide assistance to people with disabilities. While these two programs are different in many ways, both are administered by the Social Security Administration and only individuals who have a disability and meet medical criteria may qualify for benefits under either program.
