Disability Law Handbook

The Program “Guidelines for the integration of disabled people in the company” was founded in 2001 by a partnership between the Foundation and the (DBTAC) Southwest ADA Center, with the specific objectives to help businesses

improve professional integration of persons with disabilities, transforming them from taking legal obligation to opportunities to enhance and make productive, and to increase the accessibility of goods and

services produced so that they can be enjoyed by people with special needs, and in particular people with disabilities.

The increase in productivity, which can be found also quantitatively, is one of the reasons why the program was immediately great interest by several companies.

Since 2001, in fact, the program has grown, enriched with significant contributions and interventions from various different organizations.

Currently part of the working group and regional municipal governments, large public, mid-sized and large.
